METHODOLOGY
Our process is easy to understand. A condo specific forensic review is completed by collecting, analyzing, and ensuring completeness of all the necessary documentation and exhibits. This is used to gain a greater understanding of the condominiums/projects financial attributes and physical characteristics to create an agency project approval profile. After receiving all the needed documentation, the project file is submitted to the respective agency based on needs and our consultative approach with a project or association.

Projects typically take from 5 weeks to 10 weeks to approve once all documentation has been delivered by the condominium association. Time is of the essence. During the time of submission, we will work on the behalf of the project or association to complete the approval process.

The rules of engagement have changed so rapidly that most condominium associations do not understand, without this certification or seal of approval their mortgage options are limited. Some homeowners are currently trapped and our mission is to help un-trap these homeowners.

It is our opinion that every condominium should be in the HUD approved database as a signal to the market that they are setup correctly, running efficiently and are financially viable to the benefit of consumers and existing homeowners.
