Jason Winburn


Jason Winburn is the owner of Total Capital Solutions Group, LLC. Mr. Winburn has over 15 years of hands on real estate experience in mixed use development, condominium and multi-family asset management, corporate finance, residential mortgages, condominium approvals, leasing, and real estate sales. He has been affiliated with mixed use, condominium, and multi-family transactions totaling over $5 billion. Mr. Winburn created Total Capital Solutions Group, LLC after working for Daniel Corporation where he held leadership roles in marketing, leasing, sales, and asset management; managing the successful exit of the $175 million mixed use 1010 Midtown condominium. Prior to Daniel Corporation he specialized in condominium mortgages and management at Wells Fargo; quickly becoming a nationwide top loan officer and mortgage branch manager with The Related Group’s joint venture Related Financial managing their mortgage condominium pipeline. Mr. Winburn started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor to Fortune 500 & Middle Market companies. He has obtained a BBA from Georgia State University’s School of Accountancy, has a MBA from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson School of Business with a concentration in Finance, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Jim Fountain


James Fountain is the Director of Sales and is based in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Fountain has twenty years experience including all aspects of new home sales and project management, commercial leasing, project planning, new home construction, zoning, development, permitting, and tax deed portfolio management. Mr. Fountain most recently sales managed the $175 million 1010 Midtown condominium and successfully sold the project out during the 2008 – 2013 recession.

Mr. Fountain joined Total Capital Solutions Group, LLC after working for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where he held a position in sales management for the property 1010 Midtown. Prior to his experience at Coldwell Banker Mr. Fountain was a single family home developer and general contractor. Mr. Fountain obtained his BBA in Finance from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business and is currently attending the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University to achieve a MBA with a concentration in Finance.

Paul Nendel


Paul Nendel is the founder of Nexus Appraisers and Consultants. His primary focus has been on new construction condominiums with association and mixed-use components. Working directly with National Lenders, Paul has performed numerous project approvals and is very familiar with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD/FHA property guidelines. Also of note is his experience assisting top lenders with appraisal review and forensic valuation of condominium communities for mortgage fraud investigations.

Having achieved a B.S. from Ball State University, his professional education took place at the National College of Appraisal and The Appraisal Institute.

Phil Baldwin


Phil Baldwin’s career entails extensive banking experience as President and CEO of three banks over a 35 year banking career; Management Consultant 5 years doing mergers and acquisitions, and earnings improvement studies. During his tenure Phil built businesses while assessing individual client needs both for personal and professional banking services. Additionally, helped clients respond to the need for greater capital requirements, liquidity, and sustainable business models.

Phil is a graduate of West Georgia University 1973 and alumni of both the Graduate School of Banking of the South 1994 and Graduate School of Banking University of Georgia 1984.

Chair Elect of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia and Board member and Executive committee for 8 years.

Chair Elect of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia and Board member and Executive committee for 8 years; Past President of Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Kiwanis club, and other community boards.
